Wednesdays       
9.45am - 10.45am Chair Yoga  Exercises    
5.45pm - 6.45pm   Yoga

Saturdays           
8.00am - 9.00am   Yoga

Prices €90 per 8-week term. Payable first day of a new term. Switch to a different yoga class if you can't always make your regular class time. 

Start Date - w/c 12th January 2026

Try a class for a one-off fee of €14 anytime you wish to see if it's right for you. Our classes take place in Monaghan town and Glaslough.
