About Us 

Our Yoga classes are ideal for all ages and levels from beginners and beyond.   We offer friendly, welcoming and enjoyable classes for all.  Work at your own pace to suit your personal health and well being journey. Chair Yoga Exercises are ideal for those keen to improve mobility. General Yoga Classes are suitable for improving stretch, stretch and conditioning with breath work and relaxation techniques.

Choose a class time to suit you.  Switch to a different time if you can't make your regular class.  

Price is €90 per 8-week term.
Starting w/c 12th January 2026

Try a class for a one-off fee anytime you wish for just €14 to see if it's right for you.  Our Classes take place in Monaghan town.

Christina Yoga Teacher

Christina has been a Yoga Instructor for over 15 years at Yogaworks.  She teaches groups and organisations from all backgrounds including: tailored one-to-one sessions,  Yoga for Sports and Conditioning, Workshops and Retreats,  She also provides practice for specific musculoskeletal conditions including injury recovery, MS, Cancer Care, Sedentary Lifestyles, Yoga for Stress Relief and Relaxation, Breath work and Meditation.
