Yoga for Everyone

Yoga is ideal for all ages and levels to improve fitness, movement and wellbeing.   The focus is on joint mobility, muscle stretch, strength and conditioning with breath work and relaxation techniques.  For chronic conditions, muscle and joint stiffness, injury recovery, balance issues join our weekly Chair Yoga Exercises
